1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a rap battle at www.rapbattle.in, you agree to abide by all terms, rules, and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

• At least 18 years old
• Provide true, complete, and accurate registration info
• Participation is subject to verification and approval

3. Event Format & Prizes

• Battles 1 to 4 winners receive ₹50,000 each
• Grand Finale (Battle 5) winner receives ₹1,00,000 + 1 studio-quality recording microphone
• Winners are subject to identity and eligibility verification

4. No Refund Policy

• All registration fees (if any) are non-refundable
• No compensation or refund will be provided for disqualification, technical issues, or personal withdrawal

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

• Show respect to all competitors, judges, and hosts
• Avoid hate speech, explicit violence, discrimination, or harassment
• Submit original and non-plagiarized content
• Avoid offensive political, religious, or sexual content
• Not consume or promote illegal substances during official events

6. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify anyone who:

• Submits false information
• Engages in disruptive or unethical behavior
• Violates the code of conduct or any competition rules
• Attempts to manipulate outcomes or violate fair competition practices

7. Media Release Agreement

By registering and participating, you agree that:

• Project Beat Records has the right to record, photograph, and broadcast your performance
• Your name, image, likeness, voice, and performance may be used in promotional material, event recaps, and social media
• You grant a royalty-free, perpetual license for such use
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us usage rights for promotional purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

Project Beat Records is not responsible for:

• Technical issues on the website
• Data loss or registration problems
• Physical or emotional harm during live or recorded events
• Misuse of content by third parties once published online

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time without notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of any modifications.
